Terms of Service.

By creating an account or using the Simple Bloodwork service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Simple Bloodwork (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Simple Bloodwork is an informational web application that uses artificial intelligence to extract biomarker data from uploaded lab documents and presents that data in a visual dashboard alongside reference ranges used in longevity and preventive medicine research.

Simple Bloodwork is not a medical device, and nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any decisions about your health, medications, or treatment.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Simple Bloodwork. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are using the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with us for commercial use.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at murphy.stude@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create more than one account per person. Accounts created through automated means are prohibited.

You retain full ownership of any documents and data you upload to Simple Bloodwork. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and store that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim any rights over your health data beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

You represent that you have the right to upload any documents you submit — specifically, that they are your own lab results or results for someone for whom you have legal authority to act (e.g. a minor in your care).

Pay-per-upload ($5): Charges are non-refundable once an upload has been processed and results have been generated. If a technical error on our end prevents successful processing, we will issue a full refund.

Annual plan ($60/year): You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again and will retain access until the period ends. We do not offer partial-year refunds except at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload documents that are not your own or are fraudulent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or reference data.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.
• Use the Service in a way that could harm, disable, or impair its infrastructure.
• Attempt to circumvent payment systems or access features you have not paid for.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the AI extraction will be 100% accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that reference ranges are appropriate for your individual health situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Bloodwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All elements of the Simple Bloodwork platform — including the user interface, branding, reference range database, and software — are the intellectual property of Simple Bloodwork. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our trademarks or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
