Beyond just showing your lab's reference ranges, we overlay the optimal ranges cited by longevity researchers and physicians — so you can see not just whether you're 'normal', but whether you're thriving.

Most major labs (Quest, LabCorp, etc.) let you download your results as a PDF directly from their patient portal. Log in to your portal, find your most recent results, and hit 'Download' or 'Print to PDF'. If your lab mailed you a paper report, a clear phone photo also works.

Simple Bloodwork works with results from any lab that produces a standard formatted report. We've specifically tested with Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, BioReference, Cleveland HeartLab, and Own Your Labs. If your lab isn't listed, try uploading anyway — our AI handles a wide variety of formats.

When you upload a PDF, our AI reads the document, identifies each biomarker by name, extracts the measured value and unit, and matches it against our curated reference database. It handles varying report formats, different unit systems (e.g. mg/dL vs. mmol/L), and abbreviations used by different labs.

After extraction you'll see every identified biomarker before anything is saved. You can correct any value directly in the review screen.

Simple Bloodwork tracks 60+ biomarkers across metabolic health, hormones, inflammation, cardiovascular risk, micronutrients, thyroid function, and more. We're continuously adding new markers as we expand our knowledge database.

Standard lab reference ranges are typically derived from the statistical distribution of a large population — which includes many unhealthy people. They're designed to flag disease, not optimize health. Longevity optimal ranges are tighter targets widely accepted in longevity and preventive medicine research.

Most ranges apply broadly, but some vary by age, sex, and other factors. Where established differences exist, Simple Bloodwork adjusts the displayed optimal range accordingly. We always display the source behind each range so you can verify it with your own doctor.

No. Simple Bloodwork is an informational tool, not a medical device. Nothing on Simple Bloodwork constitutes a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or medical advice. Always discuss your results with a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet, lifestyle, or medications.

Only you. Your uploaded PDFs are sent to an AI model and the extracted data is stored in your account. We never store your raw PDF, only the extracted values. You can read our full Privacy Policy for the technical details.

Yes, at any time. You can delete your entire history of extracted biomarkers from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and immediate.

Yes. You can export all of your biomarker history as a JSON or CSV file from your account settings at any time. Your data is yours.

Simple Bloodwork is built by a solo delevoper and processing each upload costs money. Instead of selling your data or showing ads, we have a simple and transparent pricing model to cover the costs of keeping the platform running.

You can pay $5 per upload with no commitment, or $60/year for unlimited uploads. There are no hidden fees, and you can cancel at any time from your profile page. Upload credits never expire.
